For online purchases, Shoe Savvy will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange ONLY when accompanied by the original PayPal invoice.
Shoe Savvy Return Policy Disclaimer
To return Shoe Savvy merchandise, you must also include the original Shoe Savvy box with its original packaging, returned to us within 14 days from the PayPal invoice date of delivery. Your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
We strongly advise all Shoe Savvy customers to check their merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before removing any shoes from their original packaging.
All Shoe Savvy shoes must be tried on for fit on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Our shoes can be delicate and we cannot accept returns on any shoes that appear to be worn or damaged.
